Required Qualifications
Current nursing license in the state of Colorado.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
BLS certification required.
COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in geriatric care or rehabilitation settings.
Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

License and SNF experience are required.
