Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Lake Jackson & Clute, TX
A well-respected Skilled Nursing Facility serving Lake Jackson and Clute, TX is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its experienced rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while supporting a friendly, positive, and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress.
