Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Anchorage, AK

A well-respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Anchorage, AK is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a friendly, positive, and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive resident care.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.
