Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time at Tandem Living in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Pennsylvania SLP License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CF candidates may be considered depending on facility needs.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation success.
