Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - In-Home Communication & Swallowing Specialist

Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $95,000 - $109,000 per year

What You'll Do:
• Provide in-home speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver functional communication and feeding interventions.
• Educate patients and families to support progress and safety.
• Document care in EMR to support clinical outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Active Minnesota SLP license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Strong interest in independent, home-based care.
