Job Summary:
Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative and progressive team of therapists. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a homelike environment where our residents receive exceptional care and attention. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day-to-day functionality to all patients referred to speech/language.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans to restore day-to-day functionality
• Provide personable solutions to clients to accommodate their needs while learning to live a routine life within constraints of disability
• Assist in scheduling of patient visits for speech pathology evaluation and treatment
• Work collaboratively with the Rehab team

Skills/Requirements:
• Current New York State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) licensure AND/OR a Master's Degree from an accredited SLP program
• Responsible, caring, and dedicated Speech Language Pathologists who enjoy helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
• Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
