Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct full speech, language, voice, and swallowing evaluations using standardized tools and clinical observations
- Therapeutic Intervention: Deliver evidence-based treatment plans, adjust interventions as needed, and teach families strategies to support daily communication success
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant evaluation reports, treatment notes, and progress updates
- Collaboration: Partner with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensure: Valid (or eligible) state SLP license
- Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Skills: Strong diagnostic, assessment, and therapeutic abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using diagnostic tools, therapy technology, and electronic health records. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
