Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Conduct speech-language therapy sessions, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with Physical, Occupational, and Medical Therapists to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
