LTC Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield. You'll work with residents on communication, cognitive, and swallowing goals that can make everyday interactions and routines easier.

What You'll Do

• Assess residents' speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs
• Create treatment plans and provide therapy based on individual goals
• Share strategies and recommendations with residents, families, and care staff
• Track progress, update plans, and maintain clear clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus
