The Gardens at West Shore, a skilled nursing facility located in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)/CFY to join our therapy team. This role plays a vital part in helping our residents regain and maintain communication and swallowing abilities, directly enhancing their quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions with clear, measurable goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on techniques to support progress and retention of skills.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or consideration given to strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates.
• Current BLS certification.
