Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Senior Living Community
Location: Northwest Indianapolis, at 34th Street inside the beltway
Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday)

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to oversee the complete speech therapy caseload at a skilled nursing facility on the northwest side of Indianapolis. In this role, you will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents from skilled nursing and long-term care, addressing their unique therapeutic needs to help them achieve greater independence and improved health. Be part of a collaborative team serving a strong rehab-to-home population, supported by close ties to nearby major hospitals.

Requirements
Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master's Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure. Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
