Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site school-based opportunity in the Pace, FL 32571 area. In this role, you will provide speech and language services to students, collaborate with educational teams, and support student success through individualized intervention and therapy services.

Location: Pace, FL 32571 Area
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Contract Length: 36 Weeks
Setting: On-Site, School-Based
Salary & Compensation: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Florida SLP License or willingness to obtain Florida licensure
  • Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) or willingness to obtain coverage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • School-based experience preferred

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Participate in meetings and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
