Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part Time

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in a flexible part-time role (minimum 15 visits per week required). What You'll Be Doing

As a valued SLP on our team, you will:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
  • Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that restore communication and swallowing abilities
  • Support patients in regaining confidence through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care
  • Teach communication strategies including speech exercises, voice improvement, and alternative communication methods
  • Educate patients and families on safe swallowing techniques and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Complete a minimum of 15 visits per week, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you

Requirements

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist License
  • 1 year of rehab experience preferred
  • CPR certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid Auto Insurance
  • Long Term Care experience preferred
  • Vital-Stim certification preferred
  • HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs..
  • Eligible to participate in the 401K with up to 3% match
