Job Description
The incumbent in this position plans and administers speech-language pathology evaluations, as well as implements appropriate treatment to Seminole Tribe of Florida's children. The individual conducts speech, language and hearing screenings to identify children in need of diagnostic evaluations; conducts diagnostic speech, language, voice, fluency, functional communication and augmentative communication evaluations, to identify children's needs; administers and provides treatment to clients and documents provision of treatment. Performs as liaison and coordinates services with STOF's support staff and clients. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required. A minimum of three (3) years related experience is required. Florida License as Speech-Language Pathologist is required. Individual must possess a valid Florida Driver's License. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak the Creek and/or Miccosukee language is preferred. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
