Speech Pathologist
Overview
8:00AM - 4:30PM.
This position is 32 hours per week.
The DH benefit's package starts the first day of employment.
Evaluates and participates in diagnostic testing and treats patients.
Responsibilities
- Based on medical referral, medical record, and examination evaluates, sets goals, plans, and executes treatment. Provides discharge recommendations, exercise programs, and family teaching.
- Determines the need to refer patients to other diagnostic, medical, and therapeutic services.
- Participates in and supports departmental programs such as in-service education, student programs, volunteer/observation programs, committees, etc.
- Provides documentation and record keeping. Coordinates scheduling of patients and meetings.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- New Hampshire Speech Language Pathologist licensure required; active Provisional or full license accepted.
- Currrent BLS Certification Required
