Sr. Commercial Compliance & Ethics Analyst

Overview
Support multiple field sales teams; generally work is self-directed and not prescribed. Work with manager to support the client teams with pre-launch activities which entail client business rules, training materials, policies and SOPs, launch and ongoing activities that include live training and compliance ride-along programs.
Responsibilities

• Supporting the Commercial Compliance department to help ensure our objectives are met
• Coordination and completion of government, regulatory, and compliance documentation for field sales teams in Deployment Solutions
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within compliance operations
• Support development and implementation of effective Compliance Program and related Training programs
• Engages in field sales auditing and/or monitoring activities
• Performs a variety of tasks in support of the Commercial Compliance department as required

Job Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or related experience
• Demonstrate current working knowledge of various rules, regulations and industry guidance relevant to healthcare compliance
• Familiarity with components of compliance programs; specific experience in training, communications and/or business process development
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Ability to work with cross-functional internal partners, such as HR, Training, Legal, IT and Global Compliance
• Possess strong communication writing, analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as appropriate judgment, independence, and discretion
• Ability to maintain confidentiality involving compliance and company information and activities
• Working knowledge of all essential corporate software and databases
