- Provides significant leadership in at least one core financial process of SJ/C. Provides solutions to address financial concerns of Senior Leadership. Demonstrates an ability to handle complex information requests. Provides high level analysis of business operations. Provides some oversight of dept staff.Demonstrates an ability and willingness to pass knowledge base to others.

- Core Job Functions
- Provide instruction/ teaching when needed.
- Balance sheet reconciliations are completed timely. Reconciling amounts are adequately identified. Takes action to facilitate the resolution of reconciling amounts.
- Works with co-workers to promote excellence and focus on continuous quality improvement. Establishes performance measures and sustains improvements.
- Significant leadership is provided in area of expertise. Plans, coordinates and executes appropriate processes meeting expectations for quality and timeliness.
