The Oracle Sr. Business Analyst is a key position on the Finance/Accounting Team and will be relied upon as the principal subject matter expert for our Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team . The Oracle Sr. Business Analyst will also be responsible for customizations, enhancements, implementation of new modules, and redesigns to enable efficient business processes and resolve various issues.

Responsibilities:
This key position will be relied upon as the principal subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud, offering advice on process improvements and technical solutions
Support and maintain the following Oracle Fusion modules: General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, eBusiness Tax, Subledger Accounting, Payment, Project Accounting, Procurement
This person will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT teams to define business and system processes through workflows and written requirements to support the support and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Perform QA testing of new features to ensure that requirements are met, and the resulting user experience is as intended
Participate in and support user acceptance testing and the deployment of the solution to production
Review and audit end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights to align segregation of duties and security access.
Manage User account access and license issuance per agency organizational chart.
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare and conduct presentations and prepare training material as required
Offers advice on process improvements and technical solutions
Ability to synthesize high-level concepts surrounding new requests into a set of business requirements
View, monitor, and communicate service details and notifications related to service patches, critical updates, downtime.
Be familiar with and manage banking integrations (ACH, PosPay, BAI, Corporate Card Expenses).
Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle consulting firm and Oracle cloud operations to coordinate and complete any administrative task
Help configure Oracle Cloud products to support implementation and subsequent process optimization efforts
Understand integration points and analyze impacts with other systems that interface with the applications
Provide support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis
Work with our outside consultants to resolve issues with implementation & experimental projects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent technical and business experience
4+ years experience as an Oracle Cloud business analyst or an equivalent role
Experience with process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and phases of project life cycle (requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, training, and measuring effectiveness)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Intermediate in Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
Minimum one large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation
Proven project delivery through full life cycle from requirements through deployment/support
Experience with one or more Oracle Reporting tools including Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, OTBI, BI Reports, QlikView and/or Tableau
Must be highly self-motivated
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals is required
Basic project management capabilities
Oracle Certified Specialist highly preferred
