Sr Purchaing Coord

1. Responsible for purchasing operations, including item maintenance and purchase request in system.
2. Responsible for monthly purchasing reporting and analysis
3. Responsible for escalation for shortage risk and solution.
4 Communicate with the business departments about quotation, vendor delivery time, risk of shortage, short-expiry confirmation and other matters.
5. Cooperate with warehouse staffs on receipts or consumption data.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3 years' experience, as a purchasing buyer, supply chain management. Medical device working experience is plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Excellent in Excel and data analysis
• Knowledge of language:
o English : CET 6, ability to work in English atmosphere.
