Pharmacist
- JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for performing all aspects of pharmaceutical care for the hospital system patients, including: effective drug use control; safe and efficient drug distribution; appropriate medication selection; provision of drug information to meet the needs of physicians, nurses, patients and ancillary department personnel.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Education
- Must be a graduate of a school or college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
- Training and Experience
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience and/or an American Society of Health System Pharmacists. An accredited residency program is preferred, but not required.
- Licensure: Must possess and maintain an Ohio State license as a Registered Pharmacist.
