STAFF PHARMACIST
- POSITION SUMMARY
- Serves as a resource for, and evaluates appropriateness of during therapy. Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, manufacturing compounding, repackaging, relabeling, dispensing and control of medications, intravenous fluids and other pharmaceuticals products.
- EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Required:
- BS Pharmacy or Pharm D. Valid NC license to practice pharmacy prior to staffing assignments.
- Incumbent will be required to attain a minimum of 15 hours of ACPE approved continuing education credit annually.
- Preferred:
- Above plus prior hospital experience, Pharmacy Practice or Specialty Residency.
