Our patient-focused healthcare team in Louisville is seeking dependable CNAs/SRNAs to work alongside nurses and clinical staff providing safe, respectful, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Support safe mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Take and document vital signs, patient observations, and care activities
• Provide close patient observation and promptly report physical, emotional, or behavioral changes
• Assist nursing staff with routine patient care and specimen collection
• Maintain clean, organized, and comfortable patient care areas
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility protocols
• Work closely with nurses and the broader healthcare team to provide compassionate, dependable care

Qualifications:

• Current Kentucky SRNA or applicable CNA credential
• Minimum 1 year of CNA/SRNA experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, dependable, patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented healthcare environment
