Supervisor, PFS

This PFS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of each respective team to ensure that adequate training exists for each employee to do his/her job in an efficient manner and to provide assistance to that team. This position will report to a PFS manager and work with that manager to ensure smooth operations within the department. The team leader will also promote cohesiveness among teams and between teams. The team leader will also develop action plans and make recommendations to management in order to have a positive impact on departmental and facility wide operations.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required with two years business school preferred.

Experience: Minimum five to seven years' experience in a healthcare finance environment with six months to three years supervision preferred.
