Supervisor, Therapy Services

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in related health care discipline or field, Master's preferred.

Licensure: Licensed and currently registered to practice as a therapy professional in the state of Illinois.

Certifications: Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association. National certification in related therapy area preferred.

Special skills: Demonstrated leadership ability and good working relationship with peers in prior work experience.

Experience: Licensed Therapist with 3 - 5 years of full or part-time clinical staff experience.
