Requirements: 
 • Minimally must meet current qualifications listed under the section “Clinical Laboratory Personnel Requirements” defined in the federal Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments Act of 1988 (CLIA-88) and Oregon Department of Human Services Regulations, College of American Pathologists (CAP), and Joint Commission standards. CAP reserves the right to set requirements that are more stringent than those of CLIA-88.
 • Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science (Copy of academic degree or transcript will be upon hire)
 • Working knowledge of, but not limited to LIS and HIS computer systems, specialized automated analyzers, centrifuges, pipettors, microscopes, and Pevco pneumatic system
 • Oregon license
 • BLS (AHA)
