26 bed OR with multiple specialties including: General, Pediatrics, Open Vascular and Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, DaVinci Robotics, Ortho trauma, Ortho Joints, Plastics, Dental, GU and GYN. Coastal Maine location about 2 hours north of Boston.
Travel Operating Room Nurse and Surgical Tech assignments in Portland, ME place you in a state-of-the-art surgical department at the facility, a 929-bed academic medical center and Level I Trauma Center. The hospital is Magnet-recognized for nursing excellence and offers advanced surgical services, serving patients from across Northern New England. You will assist with a variety of surgical procedures, maintain sterile technique, and document care using EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR
Experience: 2 years
Certifications: CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 2 References in entire work history
Minimum 2 years Level 1 Trauma center experience
Proficient with Robotics (Davinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomy's, Ureteral Reimplants,
Hysterectomy's, Cystectomy's, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopy's and Ureteroscopy's.
Proficient with Adult and Pediatric cases
Proof of Flu Vaccination Required
Preferred Qualifications
