JOB SUMMARY
- Technical Support Specialist I is to oversee and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Specialist aid in resolving technical issues concerning client's daily operation or software infrastructure. A Technical Support Specialist I will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems

- Occasional night, weekend, and holiday work
- Occasional off-campus and overnight travel for site visits and training
- Customer service or helpdesk experience helpful
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Perform minor maintenance and repair to Information Technology Services equipment
- Replace cartridges, paper and other consumables as needed on printers
- Provide troubleshooting solutions for computer or operating system issues that affect daily activities
- Install, monitor, and uninstall PCs/Printers/Scanners/Mobile/Peripherals/etc
