Manager - Therapy Services

The Manager of Therapy Services is directly responsible and accountable to the Director of Therapy for planning, administering, and directing the operations of site specific outpatient therapy services; standards of professional and ethical practice in the provision of services; staff and program development; maintaining harmonious cooperation between disciplines.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral degree and Physical/Occupational/Speech therapy certificate from American Physical/Occupational Therapy Association, ASHA, or combination of Allied Health and Health Care Administration degrees desirable.
• Current Ohio license. West Virginia if appropriate.
• Maintain standards set down by the appropriate governing body regarding treatment and procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in related field.
