The trauma services manager is responsible for the organization of services and systems necessary for multi-disciplinary approach to care of the injured. The manger will have day-to-day responsibility for process and performance improvement activities as they relate to Nursing and Ancillary personnel in the department. The Manager will report to, and assist the trauma medical director in carrying out the same functions for the doctor
Educational, clinical, administrative and outreach activities of the trauma program will be determined by the needs of the trauma medical director and facility.
- Education: BSN Required
- Experience: 2+ years in leadership role in trauma services
- Licensure: Licensed RN in the State of Texas or Compact License
- Certifications: BLS/CPR, PALS, NRP, TNCC
