Director is seeking Midas & Meitech experience *• Unit Information: Case Manager RN 917 Location: Wesley Medical Center Case Management Address:550 N Hillside, Wichita, KS 67214 Floor: CPCU (3rd), PCU (4th)- step down units Building: 1 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - CPCU - 14 beds, PCU- 14 beds Number of Staff 1 Type of staff: Day Shift M-F 8-4:30 Night Shift - Patient Ratios 1:14 Type of equipment - EMR Meditech and Midas Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. RN or Licensed social worker HCA Hospital experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Midas and HCA case management experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Case management assessment Discharge planning Best personality Fit: Flexible, this is a very busy, fast paced environment that is constantly changing Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. CPCU is our cardiac step-down unit and where our CABG and TAVR patients go. There are some post-acute placements but many go home with cardiac rehab. PCU- is a medical step-down unit with a variety of patients. Overall, our case management team is very welcoming, very collaborative and helpful.
