- Completion of an Ultrasonography program (OR) completion of Radiologic Technology program AND equivalent on the job Ultrasound training required.

- ARDMS registered or eligible for registry required.

- Performs venous ultrasound examinations pre and post procedures.
- Oversees and facilitates efficient patient and paper flow within the Diagnostic Imaging section.
- Troubleshoots minor equipment problems as necessary.
- Cleans probes following the recommended guidelines for cleaning.
- Assists the clinic as needed by coordinating and monitoring various department tasks to assure quality, quantity, and a positive end result for the patient. This may include tasks such as coordinating aspects of referral, insurance verification, scheduling, and admission of the patient.
