University Relations Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid)

The University Relations Specialist plays a key role in our company's early talent pipeline and reports into the Senior Specialist, University Relations. The ideal candidate would have a strong DE&I focus, the ability to handle competing priorities, and the capability to build and maintain integral client relationships both internally and externally.

Key activities will include:

  • Owning the entirety of the early talent recruiting and selection process, from headcount approval through offer acceptance and onboarding for the assigned client group(s)
  • Interfacing directly with internal stakeholders and client groups to advise on strategy, best practices, and benchmarking the external market
  • Liaising with assigned campus partners, career services offices, student organizations, other key external stakeholders and partners
  • Working in close partnership with the Senior Specialist, Diversity & Inclusion to align strategic priorities and ensure the company is well-positioned
  • Providing engaging presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Supporting department-wide initiatives, projects, and efforts



Required Experience:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking and presentation skills, and attention to detail
  • Previous applicant tracking experience (Workday preferred)
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to travel up to 15-25% during peak times (contingent on health & safety protocols)



Preferred Experience:

  • Prior candidate relationship management (CRM) experience (PhenomPeople preferred)
  • Two years of campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience
  • Previous university relations experience

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday - plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2. Fridays will formally be a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require onsite presence.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:
$72,880.00 - $114,600.00
