one of the largest healthcare provider in California, We are urgently looking for total number of 9 Utilization Analysts to become a part of our team in Downey, CA. 100% onsite COVID vaccine and booster required Pay: $23/hr Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00AM - 4:30PM OR 9:00AM - 5:30PM Job Summary: These positions became available as patients were complaining that they were being put on hold for too long when calling in. The department has been receiving a high volume of calls with 400 - 800 per day in the last 2 - 3 months. Utilization Analyst will be first to answer calls incoming calls; triage them; and figure out if the call is an existing case or new one. They will follow up with patient updates on cases and document all cases while making outbound calls and additionally responding to faxes. Training will run 1 month and is paid! Job Duties:Answer phone calls and make follow up calls.Document messages into cases and relay to the case managers via Microsoft Teams.Create/Close cases.Create/fax case management letters.Follow up with patient updates on cases, document all casesMake outbound calls, respond to faxes
