VALUE BASED PROGRAM MANAGER

Job Summary:

The Value Based Program Manager will develop and enhance the current GI service line structure developing standardized, systematic activities across sections and programs within the Department. This position captures operational, financial, clinical, research and market share data to inform performance opportunities with the ultimate goal of growth and innovation. Other related duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Experience Required:

• Minimum of three (3) years of related project management experience working in a client or patient focused environment.
  • In lieu of Master's degree, a Bachelor's degree plus an additional 2 years of experience for a total of 5
    years of experience as described above, may be considered
• PhD in Public Health, Epidemiology, Implementation Science, Accounting/Math/Biostatistics, Clinical Research- Based preferred.
• Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Implementation Science, Accounting/Math/Biostatistics, Clinical Research-Based required.
  • In lieu of a Master's degree, a Bachelor's degree plus an additional 2 years of experience as described below, may be considered.
• 5 years of experience coordinating resources in a complex, matrixed environment preferred.
• Exceptional skills with MS Office suite applications: Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel preferred.
