• BC in FM IM or Infectious Disease
• M-F 830-530 or 8-5
• 15-18 PPD
• EMR is Athena
• Bonuses for seeing more than 14 ppd is $100 per patient paid (extra 96,000 annually) biweekly
• 100k Retention bonus
