Retina Health Center is seeking an outstanding Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vitreoretinal Surgeon to join one of Southwest Florida's most respected and established retina practices. Operating out of state-of-the-art centers of excellence, you will inherit immediate patient demand supported by retina-trained technicians and scribes.
- IMMEDIATE SURGICAL & PATIENT VOLUME: See 40-50 patients daily with strong surgical case volume and diverse pathology across the full spectrum of vitreoretinal disease.
- ESTABLISHED REFERRAL NETWORK: Strong, long-standing relationships with referring ophthalmologists and optometrists throughout Lee and Collier counties.
- COMPREHENSIVE CONDITIONS TREATED: Full medical & surgical management of AMD, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Detachments/Tears, Macular Holes, ERM, and Complex Retina.

- FIRST-YEAR PACKAGE: $600,000 Guaranteed Base Salary plus a $100,000 Signing Bonus and production incentives once exceeding base.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & HOW TO APPLY
BC/BE in Ophthalmology, fellowship-trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery, and eligible for unrestricted Florida licensure.
