ZoomCare is seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team! The Women's Health FNP is responsible for evaluating and treating patients who present with gynecological complaints. The primary purpose and function of the Women's Health provider is to deliver top-notch clinical care and superior customer service and convert one-time customers into repeat customers through ZoomCare's Health Care on Demand platform.

LOCATION/SCHEDULE: Downtown Seattle, Tuesday: 9a-2p, Wednesday and Thursday: 9a to 7p and Friday: 9a to 6p

SALARY RANGE: $106,000 - $145,000 plus shift differential and bonus potential DOE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform comprehensive outpatient gynecology visits
• Follow recognized evidence-based gynecology guidelines (such as ASCCP and ACOG)
• Perform with expertise everyday procedures including: IUD and implant insertion and removal, colposcopy, vulvar and endometrial biopsies, cervical polypectomy, and treatment of vulvar cysts and abscesses.
• Have expertise in Women's Health medical conditions including contraception, STIs, recurrent vaginitis, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, dyspareunia, HRT, and menopause management.
• Provide thorough documentation and complete lab responsibilities (call backs/follow up) on a daily basis.
• Participate as an active member of our Women's Health Team and be an excellent collaborator.
• Work well with all types of clinicians including MDs, NDs, PAs, NPs, PTs, DCs, etc.
• Refer out for surgical treatment options when necessary.
• Deliver and manage patient care through in-person visits, phone, and email.
• Deliver clinical excellence, timeliness, professionalism in all patient services.
• Correct document and code visits to reflect the work done and to accurately capture the complexity of the medical care, without over- or under-coding.
• Participate in projects and internal committees that optimize clinical care, profitability, improve workflow, and delight patients.
• Contribute to improving delivery workflows, enhancing care standards and eliminating workflow barriers. This includes software changes, clinic staff enhancements, facilities, supplies, equipment, provider behavior, and patient experience.
• Stay up to date with reproductive health standards and trends such as new regulations and new medical standards.
• Maintain CME/CEU's and clinical certifications.
• Maintain quality, regulatory and compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• FNP with 2+ years of Women's Health experience. Must have experience with gynecologic procedures.
• Controlled Substance Registration Certificate (DEA).
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 of work experience at the time of job offer.
• Must be eligible for the Medicare program.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and reaching overhead.
• Occasional crouching, kneeling, and bending.
• Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and working at a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at time.
• Ability to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
• Patient volume may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
