WORKFORCE RN NIGHT

Position Summary: Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit; coordinates care planning with other disciplines.

Position Qualifications: Minimum Education: Associate's Degree Minimum Experience: Sufficient previous clinical experience medical/surgical Required License/Registration/ Certifications: Registration and current WV RN License BLS certification with 90 days of employment ACLS required within one year of employment PALS encouraged Telemetry Certification Within 1 year of employment Preferred Experience: Sufficient previous clinical experience medical/surgical Physical Demands: Lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patients Prolonged, extensive or considerable standing/walking Lifts supplies/equipment Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching Working Conditions: Subject to varying and unpredictable situations Regularly exposed to the risk of Bloodborne diseases Contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances Exposed to unpleasant elements (accidents, injuries and illness) Handles emergency or crisis situations May perform emergency care Subjected to irregular hours Pressure due to multiple calls and inquires Travel required
