As the baby-boomer population continues to age it will continue to increase demand for preventive medical services. This in turn will increase the volume of the patient loads physician practices are seeeing. As a result, physicians will hire more assistants to perform routine administrative and clinical duties, allowing the physicians to meet the increasing demands.
