We take compliance very seriously and have implemented a comprehensive compliance program to ensure that we are meeting all regulatory requirements and industry standards. We have a rigorous screening process for all candidates, ensuring that we only provide the highest quality talent. In addition, our team has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, giving us a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and challenges.
Once the we have identified and placed qualified candidates, FCH schedules them to work at the client’s healthcare facility per the client’s requirement in the job description. The scheduling process may involve coordinating with the client to determine preferred shifts and schedules, as well as ensuring that staff members are available to work during the required times. FCH is always prepared to handle scheduling changes, such as cancellations, last-minute shift changes, or emergency staffing needs.
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel staffing services that have been previously arranged. Our policy allows for cancellation of staffing services up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. To cancel staffing services, please contact the facility supervisor/Facility Manager] as soon as possible to ensure we have enough time to make any necessary adjustments. We understand that every situation is unique, and we are committed to working with our clients to find solutions that meet their needs. If you have any questions or require further information about our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We understand that maintaining the confidentiality of patient information is crucial in healthcare, and our agency takes this responsibility seriously. Our policy on confidentiality ensures that patient information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our healthcare agency is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of the patients. We also require our staff to sign confidentiality agreements and adhere to our agency’s code of ethics.
We understand that you may have concerns about confidentiality, and we want to assure you that we take all necessary measures to ensure the security of patient information. Our agency adheres to all HIPAA regulations, and we will only share patient information with authorized individuals when necessary.
We provide our services in different areas however below are a few examples of the same.

Clinics: These can include primary care clinics, urgent care centers, and specialty clinics such as oncology or cardiology clinics.
Long-term care facilities: These can include nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice facilities.
Home healthcare: These services can include nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and personal care services provided in a patient’s home.
Behavioral health facilities: These can include inpatient and outpatient mental health clinics, substance abuse treatment centers, and psychiatric hospitals.
Rehabilitation centers: These can include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation centers that provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
Laboratories: These can include diagnostic laboratories that provide testing for various medical conditions.
Schools: These can include school-based health clinics that provide healthcare services to students and staff.
The billing process involves invoicing the client for the hours worked or services provided by our employees at the client’s facilities and payment terms are included in the invoice. Payments are due depending on our contract with our clients, i.e. subject to specific payment terms such as net-30, net-60, or net-90.
To ensure timely payment and avoid any issues or misunderstandings we review the service agreement or contract carefully and to communicate with our clients and employees about our billing and payment policies. FCH is able to provide with detailed information on how we handle billing and payment for our staffing services, as well as any related fees or charges that may apply.
