Job Description JOB SUMMARY MATERNAL CHILD - NICU - STROGER HOSPITAL Posting Salary: $34.051 - $46.147 Hourly Salary is commensurate with years of RN experience The Clinical Nurse II is a professional care provider who is responsible and accountable for overall management of patient care on a specific shift as well as maintaining comprehensive knowledge of patient's condition. Provides safe, effective individualized nursing care using the nursing process. Performance of these duties require skills, effective working relationships, setting priorities and demonstrated knowledge of standard operating policies and procedures. MULTIPLE VACANCIES MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Illinois Three (3) years of current Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nursing experience Must possess a current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification (ACLS). (Must provide card at time of interview) Must possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. (Must provide card at time of interview) Must possess an active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. (Must provide card at time of interview) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS ) certification.
