**Exciting opportunity for a Supervisor position that will lead pelvic floor program at our new "The Love Family Women’s Center" that will be opening on our Oklahoma City Campus in Fall of 2022**
Under the general supervision of the Manage of Outpatient Physical Medicine, supervises the operational functions of the Outpatient Physical Therapy/ Mercy Therapy Services. Duties include preparing budgets and routine financial monitoring and control; personnel management; operational, program, and strategy development; performing objective assessments as well as comprehensive treatment programs for patients according to departmental policies and procedures and standards of care; and promoting continuous quality improvement, education, and a positive atmosphere. Additional duties include maintaining the operational functions of Outpatient Physical Therapy/ Mercy Therapy Services.
Education: Physical Therapy: Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy.
Licensure: Current Oklahoma licensure in Physical Therapy
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required.
Preferred Education: Masters or Doctorate degree
Preferred Experience: Experience of 5 years preferred in womens health, pelvic floor dysfunction and prenatal / postpartum rehabilitation.
Preferred Certifications: Pelvic Rehabilitation Practioner
